What is the turnaround time?

Artwork- 1 week

What type of artwork do you prefer?
We accept PDF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PNG, JPEG are acceptable. Electronic art is preferable.

What's the process on ordering?
Upon receipt of your art, our designers will provide you with a virtual proof for your review. Once the customer approves the art proof, we will weave a pre-production sample prior to your order.

What type of throws do we offer?
Our throws are available in 2, 2.5 Layer and Tapestry.

What's the difference between 2 Layer, 2.5 Layer and Tapestry Throws or products??
2 Layer- throws combing up to 2 colors of yarn- which is great for a simple one or two color designs.
2.5 Layer- throws combine up to 3 colors of yarn which allows for more added depth and perfect for a three color logo or more detailed design.
Tapestry Throw- can accommodate unlimited color choices and are ideal for very detailed designs, such as a photograph.

What are your products made of? 
All of our towels are made with 100% Cotton. Our Throws, Scarves, and Ponchos are woven using 100% Çotton and Recycled Yarns. All Pillows and Scarves are woven using Ultima Fabric, which is 40% Polyester, 35% Acrylic and 25% Cotton.

What is Recycled Yarn?
Recycled Yarn is manufactured in the USA. Pre-consumer cotton fibers and clippings that are collected after the cut and sew process, sorted by color and blended. Acrylic, polyester, or Eco Fibers are added to achieve deep, vibrant colors and strength. Recycled Yarn is constructed of 74% Reclaimed Cotton, 24% Acrylic and the remaining 2% is other blending fibers.

What are the Environmental Benefits of Recycled Yarn?
Growing cotton requires tremendous amounts of water. By using reprocessed pre-consumer textile waste, we eliminate the need for additional irrigation, fertilizers, or pesticide use. The reclaimed fibers and clippings require no new dying which also saves large amounts of water and does not add any pollution to our environment.

How do I care for my Throws or Products??
Machine wash, gentle cycle, cold water, tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

How are your products packaged?
Towels are shipped in bulk with no additional packaging. All Throws, Pillow, Scarves, Totes & Ponchos are individually packaged in a poly bag and shipped in bulk. Packaging Upgrades, such as Vinyl zipper bags are available.

Terms & Conditions
Art Fees
No art fees for the first proof and two rounds of revisions for minimum orders. Additional revisions add $50 per round. For orders that do not meet our minimum requirements, a $50 Art fee will be added. 

Credit Terms
All orders require a 50% Deposit. The balance will be due when your project ships or Net 30 from ship date with credit approval. Finance Charges of 2% will be assessed on all orders that extend beyond terms. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders after the final approval.

Drop Ship Charges
Drop ship charges are $5 per location.

Over / Under Policy
There is a 5% variance on custom orders. The actual quantity shipped will be reflected on the invoice. 

Returns & Cancelations
Returns are NOT accepted on non-defective custom products. Defective products will be replaced as long as care instruction have been followed.

Rush Orders
Special shipping can be requested to make in-hand dates. Shipping charges will be billed as incurred.

Set-up Fees 
No set-up fees for minimum orders. A $65 Set-up fee will be added to orders under the minimum.

Shipping Charges
All of our products are shipped "Regular Ground UPS", unless other arrangements are made prior to the project starting production. Shipping will be charged FOB South Carolina.

Production Procedures 
Step 1- Submit Artwork and a Purchase Order
Step 2- We will provide a virtual proof to you or your customer
Step 3- Once the virtual art is approved, a pre-production sample is woven
Step 4- If no changes are required, your order goes into production
